1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zenith Expedition's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Booking and Reservation Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires:

• Completed booking form with accurate information
• Acceptance of these terms and liability waiver
• Payment of required deposit or full amount
• Acknowledgment of health and fitness requirements

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure your booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by participants:

• 14+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellations by Zenith Expedition: Full refund if we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment.

6. Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: Mountain expeditions involve inherent risks including but not limited to: falls, rockfall, avalanches, weather changes, wildlife encounters, altitude effects, and equipment failure.

By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks. All participants must sign a detailed liability waiver before departure.

7. Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Expedition, its owners, employees, and guides shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in expeditions.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Expedition from all claims arising from their participation.

8. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions
• Maintain adequate fitness for chosen expedition
• Follow guide instructions at all times
• Carry required personal medications

9. Behavior and Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all guide instructions and safety protocols
• Respect other participants and the environment
• Refrain from behavior that endangers self or others
• Comply with Leave No Trace principles

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior poses risks.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Zenith Expedition and protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
